A trip to Goriška Brda

Despite having our second home for the last eight years only about 20 km away, I've never been to Goriška Brda before. It was a dull rainy day, but I couldn't help myself not to take photos of everything I stumbled upon. And no, I don't have a drop of Japanese blood :D

The photos were taken in Šmartno where the entire village has been declared a cultural heritage monument.
